Step 2 - gene age class assignment

Given mandatory `OrthoFinder <https:https://github.com/davidemms/OrthoFinder>`_ results files as described :doc:`here <orthofinder>` gene age classes can be extracted with `oggmap`
or pre-calculated orthomaps can be imported.
